OVERVIEW
Christmas Wonderland is an indoor walkthrough that features 15 nostalgic, vintage figures and scenes from 1950s through 70s that have been fully restored by the founder, Bob Spillman. This interactive and seasonal experience allows adults to relive childhood memories while making new ones with friends and family.
Christmas Wonderland partnered with Big Chimp Creative to help maximize their social media presence, brand awareness, and sales through creative brand strategies and campaign design.

STEP I: CHALLENGE
The biggest goal of Christmas Wonderland was to increase awareness around the attraction to a relevant audience. While word of mouth was definitely a strong factor to customer acquisition, our client wanted to dive into social media to increase their exposure.
Originally, Christmas Wonderland lacked a strong Facebook page that was missing clear information about the event including times of operation, cost, and mission statements. The event needed a complete redesign of their page, as well as strategies to increase engagement and awareness around the 1-month only business operations.
STEP II: BRAND STRATEGY
Campaign Development: We created an assortment of strategies that brought engagement around the event within its limited time. Our goal was to bring in new customers while simultaneously maintaining existing customer relations. We developed weekly initiatives including sale promotions, a Scavenger Hunt, giveaways, and contests.
Facebook Advertisements: We carefully researched a relevant market to target Facebook advertisements. This significantly increased customer acquisition and awareness around the event.
Facebook Chatbot Integration: We completely set up an automated Chatbot and Facebook advertisements for Christmas Wonderland's page. This service sent automated messages to users that engaged or clicked on Christmas Wonderland ads.
Graphic Design: Our qualified creative team designed engaging infographics that encouraged customer interaction and interest in the event. Our goal was to have our infographics remain relevant to the company's vintage, old-fashioned feel. Big Chimp Creative also assisted with designing the brand's logo. Again, we integrated vintage designs that aligned with the brand's values while also incorporating a slick, simple, and modern feel.
Facebook Development: We completely redesigned the Facebook page to become more visually appealing for users. Furthermore, we added in relevant information including dates of operation, times, and admission fees that were easily visible throughout the page. This helped reduce inquiries or concerns about missing information that could reduce client acquisition.
